In year 2005 a company was named Philippine Glass Processing Specialist, Inc. (PGPSI) from a bread and butter, we really invest to smallest to biggest machinery we could possibly need to improve our services. And keep investing several state-of-the-art processing machines. To pursue of quality service of each process we do.
So, we enlarge the size of our tempering glass to a maximum size of 2850mm x 8000mm and the Insulating Glass Units (IGU) capability to a maximum size of 2400mm x 3660mm.
Our curved glass capability to small bending (5mm - 10mm) with a height of 2438mm width of 300mm-700mm in radius length of 500mm, a medium bending (6mm - 12mm) height of 2438mm width of 900mm-1200mm in radius length of 1000mm and big bending (5mm - 19mm) 5mm thick to a radius length of 1500mm, 6mm to R1800mm, 8mm/10mm to R2000mm, 12mm to R2500mm.
Laminated glass capability of minimum size = 425mm x 450mm, maximum size = 6000mm x 2500mm, with a minimum thickness combination 3mm + PVB film + 3mm, and a maximum thickness layer 60mm.
